In Loving Memory
Max wasn’t just a dog — he was family, a best friend, and the soul behind Dober & Co.. He came into my life after being adopted from a K9 shelter down south. Originally selected for K9 training, Max was ultimately rejected — not for lack of ability, but because he was too sweet. That gentle heart, the very thing that kept him from a life of service, became the reason he changed mine forever.
From the moment I met him, Max radiated kindness and calm strength. He had a way of softening even the hardest days — with one look, one paw on my knee, or the quiet comfort of lying by my side. His eyes spoke a language of pure love, and his presence brought peace to everyone around him.
When Max was diagnosed with an autoimmune skin disease, he faced it with incredible grace and resilience. Even as his body grew tired, his spirit never dimmed. He continued to love, to comfort, and to remind me what loyalty truly means.
Though his life was cut short, his impact will last forever. Dober & Co. was born from his legacy — inspired by his strength, his gentleness, and the way he showed me that being “too sweet” is never a flaw, but a gift.
Max will always be remembered — not just as my dog, but as my muse, my inspiration, and the heart of everything I create. His pawprints are forever on my heart.
Rest easy, my sweetest boy. You were, and always will be, the very best.
